If you’re making a quick meal for yourself or cooking dinner for family and friends, the Williamsport kitchen has the space for your needs.  The kitchen is spacious, allowing two people to comfortably prepare meals.  The Williamsport can accommodate a 33” French door refrigerator, a full-size 30” range with an over-the-range microwave/hood that can be vented to the exterior, an 18” dishwasher, and a spacious 24” wide pantry cabinet.

The dinette has standard seating for 4 which can be expanded to 6 for larger gatherings.

The 1^st Floor powder room with sink and toilet is comfortably sized. The powder room is designed with a space that will accommodate most stackable washer/dryers.   

The Living Room has three large windows blending the interior space with the outdoors.  

The wrap-around porch gives plenty of space for outside dining or an area to simply sit and enjoy the fresh air.

The Master Bedroom is spacious even with a queen-sized bed flanked with a tall dresser.  Having a 5’-10” closet, there is plenty of storage for shoes and clothing.  A nook to the side of the closet can be used for seating or can be converted to additional closet space with shelving.

The Master bath has a 30” sink base with a 15” drawer base and a spacious 48” shower.
